SILO², the tailor-made multi-column VLM for the Healthcare industry
SILO² is our innovative
multi-column vertical lift module capable of solving the problems associated with
intensive storage of pharmaceuticals in sealed packaging, surgical devices and
general medical
supplies and also for
the filing of medical records and X-rays in healthcare institutions(hospital trusts,
clinical laboratories etc.) and
distribution companies.
The fact that the system extends both vertically and horizontally ensures high storage capacity even in
premises with complex layouts, such as low roofs, multiple floors or structural support pillars.
One of a kind in terms of flexibility and modularity, it can be configured in multi-column versions, from 2 to 7
storage columns, making the creation of warehouses up to 15,000 mm high and 7,085 mm wide possible,
and offering over one billion possible configurations, as standard.
The combination of
two types of capacity (250 and 400 Kg),
different tray dimensions (112 different trays)
and a
wide range of accessories for internal division (side extensions, removable dividers of various
heights, sides and containers), allows the management of various types of items, even those with a very high
specific weight (from 99.4 to 1,001 Kg/m²), providing maximum versatility in application and load capacity
adapted to the actual loads.
