THE LOGISTICS CHALLENGE
Faced with a significant increase in the number of items to manage, coupled with a corresponding increase in the flow of products, the company realised it was time to rethink the space available in the warehouse, with a view to reducing waste and maximising productivity.
THE SOLUTION
Our SILO2 Vertical Lift Module enabled them to boost storage capacity within the same floor space, while at the same time notably raise the level of service offered to their customers, thanks to reduced lead-times and constant monitoring of available stock.
